Fertile Ventures aims to expand its portfolio by acquiring and transforming existing hospitality properties in key locations across India. The focus will be on tier 2 and tier 3 cities where the demand for eco-friendly and nature-inspired resorts is on the rise. Over the next five years, we plan to acquire at least 10 resorts, converting them into sustainable, biophilic spaces that align with our brand values.
